Peter Pegrum (born 1940[1]) was the visual effects designer for the Doctor Who television stories Horror of Fang Rock, The Horns of Nimon and Terminus.
He was also the uncredited effects contractor on The Ice Warriors, and was later an uncredited visual effects assistant on Terror of the Autons (INFO: Terror of the Autons), The Time Monster (DWM 247), The Time Warrior (INFO: The Time Warrior), Death to the Daleks (INFO: Death to the Daleks) and The Sontaran Experiment.
