Peter Meier was a security officer who was friends with Fisher and who patrolled a railway station in East Berlin in 1975. Peter was killed by an interdimensional being who wished to escape an alternate timeline.
When the Fifth Doctor arrived, Peter and the Doctor uncovered the original Peter's body and allowed the original Peter to live again, while the interdimensional being escaped. (AUDIO: Ghost Station)
