Peter J. Hammond wrote the Torchwood television stories Small Worlds and From Out of the Rain. He also wrote the unproduced Doctor Who television story Paradise Five, which was later adapted into the audio story Paradise 5 as part of Big Finish's The Lost Stories series.
He was interviewed on the Torchwood Declassified episodes Away with the Fairies, Torchwood Out of this World: Fairies and In Living Colour.
