Peter, his mum and dad lived in their home, located on a street in Levenshulme, South Manchester.

Going off the real world geography of Levenshulme, coupled with the location of Paul Magrs' home, this house is highly likely to be the sixth house on Limefield Terrace.
Location information
Though it's possible that a real world location doesn't exist in the same geographic space in the Doctor Who universe, such cases are few and far between. Thus, the map at right is probably a good indicator of the DWU location of Peter's home.
