Pete Tyler was a parallel universe counterpart of N-Space's Pete Tyler, father of Rob Tyler and husband of Jackie Tyler. He spent his time inventing technology to try and find information the government was hiding from them. This was illegal under the laws of this universe as it was post Second World War Technology.
