Due to his shooting of an unarmed refugee, Andy Davidson was, the following year, subject to a performance review conducted by Andrea Davenport of the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
Unbeknownst to Mrs Davenport, Andy and Yvonne Hartman had switched bodies. Mrs Davenport was unimpressed by Yvonne's excessive preparation, prompting Yvonne to retcon her and try again. She found Yvonne under-prepared the second time and overconfident the third. On the fourth, Mrs Davenport managed to get Yvonne to admit her shortcomings and she began to draft an action plan, deciding that there was no need to recommend Andy's dismissal from South Wales Police.
