By some accounts, the Powell Estate was located there; (COMIC: Silver Scream ^[+]Tony Lee, Doctor Who (2009) (IDW Publishing, 2009)., PROSE: Downtime: Child of the New World ^[+]Andy Frankham-Allen, Lethbridge-Stewart (Candy Jar Books, 2020)., AUDIO: Ghosts ^[+]Doris V Sutherland, Redacted (BBC Sounds, 2022).) however, another account stated that the Powell Estate was located in Kennington.
