Paul Putner (born 1966) is an English comedian and actor who played Bix Biro in the Eighth Doctor audio drama Invaders from Mars.
He has also appeared in the Doctor Who spoofs "The Pitch of Fear" and "The Web of Caves" with friend David Walliams and Mark Gatiss. He was a regular in the three series of the UK version of Little Britain (alongside David Walliams, Matt Lucas, Tom Baker and Anthony Head.) which contained many references to Doctor Who, and also guest starred in Spaced, alongside his Invaders from Mars costars, Simon Pegg and Jessica Hynes.
