Paul Burley is a designer and held the position of art editor for Doctor Who Magazine from issues 319 to 334, and also contributed to a number of Doctor Who Magazine Special Editions during that time.
He also designed covers for Big Finish Productions audio dramas Creatures of Beauty and No Place Like Home, books The Audio Scripts: Volume Two and The Audio Scripts: Volume Three, and the official Doctor Who Adventures website for BBC Studios.
