A parallel universe was the fourth which was explored by Rose Tyler in her search for the Doctor in N-Space. Originally from N-Space herself, Rose was sent to this universe from Pete's World via the dimension cannon, accompanied by her mother, Jackie Tyler. Compared to N-Space, this universe lacked a version of Mickey Smith or Kevin Bacon. Rose Tyler could also find no records of the Auton invasion of 2005 or the 2006 invasion of the Slitheen family ever occurring in this timeline. (AUDIO: The Last Party on Earth)
