The Old Racnoss Emperor was the husband of the Empress of the Racnoss before being betrayed and succeeded by a new consort. After this, he lived on Iota 7 with his children, teaching them to go against their mother. Upon meeting the Fifth Doctor and Alayna, he told them the truth, ant they returned to the Empress with their new knowledge.
