The Old Custom House was a building in Penarth which, in the early 21st century, housed El Puerto - a busy fish and meat restaurant. It was located just across the road from Penarth Marina.
Staff included Terry, who worked as the deputy manager, and both Sophie Gould and Kirsty Lane, who worked as waitresses.
