North Jetty was located in Southwark in 1599. It was a bankside jetty on the River Thames, connected to Salinger Way.
Vessels would harbour there. The SS Rose, under the command of Captain Beardsworthy, departed from North Jetty on 10 May 1599, having advertised around Southwark for crew. (PROSE: The Time Travellers' Almanac)
