Noghai (PROSE: Marco Polo) was a Mongol Lord Khan (TV: "The Roof of the World") and a Tartar (PROSE: Marco Polo) from the 13th century.

In 1289, following a war against Kublai Khan, Noghai sent Tegana to the Imperial Palace in Peking to talk with Kublai, wanting to report that he had forgiven him and their feud was over. However, Tegana had designs to assassinate and usurp the mighty ruler. (TV: Marco Polo)
