Noel Johnson (28 December 1916-1 October 1999[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Thous in The Underwater Menace and Sir Charles Grover in Invasion of the Dinosaurs.
He was earlier considered for the role of Bennett in The Rescue (DWM 604).
