The Nihilism Chamber was created by Targus Kornick to completely shield experiments from any external interference or influence. It was built at a facility on Rontan 9. It shielded Kornick and his students from the affects of the Dalek's Time Destructor. The Doctor's TARDIS was able to land inside the Chamber with no difficulty. (PROSE: Natural Regression)
