Never the Bride has an interesting history. It initially was a short story written by Paul Magrs, which was released on BBC Radio 4 Extra, and then it was re-released in the Twelve Stories anthology. It later got expanded and adapted into a novel, as the first novel in The Brenda and Effie Mysteries, still penned by Paul and published by Headline Review (and as of 2020, Snowbooks Ltd), but both real life versions are not covered by this wiki, despite featuring many DWU elements.
