In the 1960s, Helen Sinclair worked at the museum as a language scholar, (AUDIO: The Red Lady) specifically a specialist in translation in the Department of Linguistics. (AUDIO: The Sonomancer) She took the bus from Tooting to get there and was often late. (AUDIO: The Galileo Trap)
In 1963, the Eighth Doctor and Liv Chenka arrived there while investigating a temporal anomaly relating to the Eleven's escape from Gallifrey. There they encountered Helen Sinclair, whom they worked with to investigate the "Red Lady". After artefacts containing the "Red Lady" went "missing" under her watch, Helen was fired and subsequently joined the Doctor's TARDIS crew. (AUDIO: The Red Lady)
Alternate timeline Edit
The Pandorica was displayed there in an alternate 1996, alongside stone Daleks and other things. Seven-year-old Amelia Pond and her aunt Sharon went to see it that year at Amelia's insistence, unaware that Pandorica contained her adult self.
Rory Williams, or rather the Auton duplicate of him, was employed as a night guard. He and the Eleventh Doctor rescued Amy's two incarnations from the stone Daleks. The Doctor subsequently launched himself in the Pandorica from within the museum in order to re-boot the universe. (TV: The Big Bang)
