Nabil Shaban (12 February 1953[1]-18 October 2025[2]) played Sil in various stories for the Doctor Who television series, Big Finish Productions and Reeltime Pictures.
He shared his memories of his Doctor Who career on the audio commentary for Vengeance on Varos and the documentary The Story of Doctor Who. Extracts from the latter were used to represent him in the documentary Nice or Nasty?.
