Mitch Benn (born 20 January 1970[1]) voiced Commander Raynar and Karnex in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Army of Death, and Mark Carville in 1963: Fanfare for the Common Men.
He also contributed to the charity reference book Behind the Sofa: Celebrity Memories of Doctor Who.
