Minerva (The Cannibalists)

Minerva was the control server for a star city. According to Servo, they corrupted droids' minds. The Eighth Doctor called her Min, and she obeyed his commands to save Lucie Miller from Titus, until he synthesised the Doctor's voice and made her obey him instead.
