Miklev was a student at the College of Advanced Galactic Education. He studied a joint honours degree; one subject was Moral Philosophy. He was a friend of Reev and Lizzo, and told the Sixth Doctor about their personality changes. The Second Rani tried to experiment on him, but the Doctor and Peri Brown managed to stop him.
