Michael Gough (23 November 1916-17 March 2011[1]) played the Celestial Toymaker in the Doctor Who television story The Celestial Toymaker and Hedin in Arc of Infinity. He would also have returned as the Toymaker for The Nightmare Fair had the original Season 23 not been cancelled.
