Mark Monero (born 12 May 1968[1]) played Pedro in the Doctor Who television story The Time of Angels/Flesh and Stone.
He was interviewed on the Doctor Who Confidential episode Eyes Wide Open.

He has appeared in a regular role on EastEnders as Steve Elliot, as well as guest roles on The Bill and Grange Hill.
