Mark Hardy played the Cyber-Lieutenant in the Doctor Who serials Earthshock, The Five Doctors and Silver Nemesis. He had earlier played a Swampie Warrior in The Power of Kroll. (DWM 312)
He later returned to the role of the Cyber-Lieutenant for the Big Finish Doctor Who audio stories Hour of the Cybermen and Conversion.
Hardy also voiced Bob in Warzone.
