Mark Cossey is a British executive producer.
He was executive producer for series 1 and 2 of Torchwood Declassified, most of Doctor Who Confidential, Totally Doctor Who, The Infinite Quest and The Ultimate Guide. He also executive produced Doctor Who Live: The Afterparty, which aired after the 50th anniversary episode The Day of the Doctor.
