A man with chips saw a Spoonhead disguised as the Eleventh Doctor ride a motorbike to the Shard in 2013.

Rosemary Kizlet used the Wi-Fi to take control of the man and speak to 'the Doctor' through him.
The Doctor spoke through the Spoonhead to tell Kizlet/the man that he rode the motorbike in the 2074 Anti-Grav Olympics and he came last.
Kizlet/the man told the Doctor that the Shard was on lockdown, to which the Doctor responded, "Did you even hear the word 'anti-grav'?" and the Spoonhead used the anti-gravity motorbike to climb the Shard.
Kizlet presumably released her control on the man shortly afterwards, leaving him to enjoy his chips. (TV: The Bells of Saint John)
