Magda was a woman from Klimtenburg during the 19th century. Following the crash of a Cyber-ship nearby, she suffered from radiation poisoning after talismans were distributed throughout the village that had been affected by the energy released. She died before the Eleventh Doctor could stop the effect. (PROSE: Plague of the Cybermen)
