Madison Yorke was the CEO of Genetec Systems, a company that developed nanoforms. He demonstrated his company's developments to Sarah Jane Smith, who was working on an article on nanotechnology. He took offence at some of her questions and had her removed from his labs. Later, after Sarah Jane had been taken over by Androvax, a member of the Veil species, she took him hostage and released the nanoforms to build a space ship in which Androvax could escape. Androvax was stopped when Luke Smith, Rani Chandra and Clyde Langer arrived and helped stop the nanoforms from destroying Earth. (TV: Prisoner of the Judoon)
