Mabel Clarence was Winnie Clarence's mother. In 2048, Winnie made a scheduled video call to her mother, which unwittingly drew attention to some guards Winnie and Clara Oswald were hiding from. Mabel came to Snowcap University and sounded the alarm when she realised something was wrong. After Winnie was rescued from the ice alive, her mother embraced her. (COMIC: Blood and Ice)
