Lulu Hammerstein

Lulu Hammerstein was the proprietor of a film studio in Hollywood in 1930. She showed the Fourth Doctor around the studios before his voice was taken by Dr. Julius. She helped Romana II to rescue the Doctor by making the other actors form a mob. (AUDIO: The Silent Scream)
