The Doctor finds a tree that has old [[seaweed]] hanging from some of the branches. Strangely, some sticks are at the top of the tree and appear to make a [[pentagram]] shape. Further along, he finds [[coconut]] halves seemingly laid out into a pattern. He brings Jo to see it, and she says it looks like an [[angel]]. They split up to see if they can find someone on the island, but John, still watching them, remains hidden from them.

Lost and Founded was the fourteenth short story in the Short Trips anthology Short Trips: Christmas Around the World. It was written by Andrew Pidoux. It featured the Third Doctor and Jo Grant.

Summary

John is stranded on an island in the Bermuda Triangle. He often has hallucinations but they don't bother him and he is thankful for them.
