Liso was an Ismetch Betrushian. He helped the Seventh Doctor, Bernice Summerfield and Ace fight the attack on Betrushia by the Chapter of Saint Anthony. He was resettled by the Doctor with the other surviving Betrushians on Massatoris. (PROSE: St Anthony's Fire)
