"Lineker" was an alias used by the Eleventh Doctor to enter Wembley Stadium during the 1966 World Cup Final. The Doctor's psychic paper generated the name and also stated that he was a representative for the "Fair Organisation of Football Agency", or FOOFA. (PROSE: Extra Time)
