Leslie Philips, CBE (born 20 April 1924[1]-7 November 2022[2][3]) voiced the time meddler Robert Knox in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio stories Medicinal Purposes and Assassin in the Limelight.

Career[]

Phillips has had an extensive stage, screen, and radio career. He co-starred with Jon Pertwee in radio sitcom The Navy Lark, with William Hartnell in the film The Night We Dropped a Clanger, and with Jodie Whittaker in the film Venus.

He also played a part alongside Patrick Troughton in the film The Woman with No Name, and alongside John Hurt in the film Scandal.

He was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 1998, and a Commander in 2008, for his services to drama.[1]
