Laurence Payne (5 June 1919-23 February 2009) appeared in several Doctor Who stories: as Johnny Ringo in The Gunfighters, Morix in The Leisure Hive and Dastari in The Two Doctors, in which he also provided the uncredited voice of the Space Station Chimera computer.
