Ky

Ky was a Solonian leader who strongly desired independence from the Overlords that ruled his people. When the Administrator who had come to grant independence was assassinated, the Marshal of Solos accused Ky, forcing him to flee to Solos, taking Jo Grant with him. He was later contacted by the Doctor, who, along with Professor Sondergaard, had discovered that the Solonians' "mutations" were actually part of their natural life cycle. Ky eventually metamorphosed into an Advanced Solonian and vaporised the Marshal, killing him. (DW: The Mutants)
