Captain Koppenberg was a 39th century soldier in charge of the Space Marine Corps on Zoda-Kappa.
Koppenberg arrested the Sixth Doctor, believing him to be responsible for a transmission picked up several days prior, but was eventually convinced of his innocence. She refused to execute the Doctor and instead arrested Charles Feige when told to by Lydia Betancourt. When the army of the Holomorph marched on the facility, she had her men set their guns to stun.
