A woman lived on the planet Agua Santina. She had an infant child, who was killed alongside most of the planet's other inhabitants by Sutekh's Dust of Death.
The Fifteenth Doctor encountered this woman, who at the time was one of the last living beings in the entire universe. She had forgotten that her child, named Brindle Dee, was dead and what the name of her planet was, as the Dust of Death affected her memory. The woman gave the Doctor a metal spoon, which he promised he would use to save the universe. She then disintegrated into dust, as the Dust of Death was able to "travel backwards from child to mother". Her death greatly affected the Doctor.
The woman and her child, as well as their planet, were later restored after Sutekh was defeated, much to the Doctor's delight. (TV: Empire of Death [+]Russell T Davies, Doctor Who series 14 (BBC One and Disney+, 2024).)
