Kim Newman (born 31 July 1959[1]) wrote the Telos novella Time and Relative.
He also contributed to the documentaries The Dalek Tapes, Servants & Masters (archive footage from The Dalek Tapes), All's Wells That Ends Wells, One Hit Wonder, Leaves of Blood: Literary Vampires and the first series of Doctor Who Confidential. He also contributed to the audio commentary for Dr. Who and the Daleks and Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D..
Career[]
In 1995, before his Doctor Who involvement, Newman published the novel The Bloody Red Baron, which included an appearance by Lady Jennifer Buckingham, a character from The War Games.
