Karl was a member of De Flores' Neo-Nazi gang. He was second-in-command under De Flores. When the Cybermen arrived on Earth to get the Nemesis, he coordinated the attack. He later took arms in a warehouse, and tried to shoot a Cyberman coming right at him, but was killed by the Cybermen. (TV: Silver Nemesis)
