Nurse Kara was a character from the comic book series Time Surgeon.
Kara was the assistant of the Time Surgeon, and, like him, Kara had a chrono-shield, which they used to defend themselves from the Deathroids' plasma-blasts. (COMIC: Invasion of the Mindmorphs)
