Justin Richards was an author and alientologist in the 20th and 21st century.

Biography[]

Justin wrote fictional stories about a mysterious man known only as "the Doctor". He also wrote novels about the Victorian era, entitled: The Death Collector, The Parliament of Blood, and The Chamber of Shadows. (PROSE: Summer Falls and Other Stories)

Justin was also an alientologist who wrote the book The Secret Lives of Monsters, which exposed the alien activity on Earth that had long been covered up by governments and organisations like Torchwood and UNIT. He brought together evidence that had been hidden for centuries to reveal the truth about aliens. The book consisted largely of previously classified documents compiled and published for the first time by Richards with the help of whistle-blowers and journalists, including James Stevens and Benjamin Nevis. The book's section on the Ood, however, was noted to be from the 42nd century. (PROSE: The Secret Lives of Monsters)
