The Jupiter Libertatis was a giant statue of Jupiter in the bay south of Marcus Americanius Scriptor's family home in Roma I. One of its arms was held aloft and bore a lightning bolt. It was designed and built by Gaulish sculptors. (PROSE: Warlords of Utopia)
