June Brown (born 16th February 1927) played Lady Eleanor in DW: The Time Warrior. Outside of Doctor Who, she is probably best known for playing Dot Cotton in EastEnders.
As Dot, she has appeared in Dimensions in Time and the National Television Awards Sketch 2011. Thus, the character of Dot Cotton has appeared alongside seven Doctors (including Matt Smith's Doctor), even though her appearances are not generally read as canonical by fans.
