John Tucker was a human who was the third victim of Suzie Costello, who stabbed him with the life knife on Llangyfelach Lane at the age of nineteen.

The Cardiff police discovered the crime scene. When Torchwood Three arrived at the crime scene, he was brought back to life for a few moments using the Resurrection gauntlet held and operated by Suzie Costello to test it. He was unable to identify his attacker who approached him from behind and killed him with a single wound.

He was scared and panicked in his two minutes of being brought back to life. When Jack Harkness asked him what he saw when he died, he cried that there was only "nothing" after death. (TV: Everything Changes)
