John Rolfe (died 2020[1]) appeared in several Doctor Who television stories: as a Captain in The War Machines, Sam Becket in The Moonbase and Ralph Fell in The Green Death.
He also appeared in episodes of Adam Adamant Lives!, Out of the Unknown, Z-Cars, Dixon of Dock Green, Survivors, Blake's 7, Mr. Bean and The Bill.
