John Franklyn-Robbins (14 December 1924-21 March 2009[1]) played the Time Lord messenger in the Doctor Who television story Genesis of the Daleks.
His character was conflictingly later identified as Ferain, Valyes, and Deliavatsud.
He was also later for the roles of the Investigator in The Mutants, Fendelman in Image of the Fendahl and Garif in Full Circle. (REF: TCH 32)
