Jocelyn Sancerre was an on-site accountant stationed aboard Baby Station Beta.
On Pacifico date 56-56-22, about 6 years before 21506, the other members of the station's crew were ordered to sign off the station due to the recession. Jocelyn remained behind, feeling that she could not leave the babies on the station alone. Jocelyn would remain in hiding, giving the babies directives remotely using the software "Nan-E," as she did not want to drain the station's limited resources.
