Jenkins was a laboratory assistant working for the Master.
Jenkins helped the Master during his plan titled "Masterplan Q" where he worked at a warehouse at McMaster Electronics. After being given the giant eggs from the planet Quorus by the Master, Jenkins put them in a reactor for them to hatch the next day which when born, they destroyed the warehouse.
